Please note that an entrance fee is required to access the park. However, Cape Vidal is an area that requires a day of its own, so be sure to plan your itinerary accordingly.  Take your time to soak up the breathtaking views and relax on the beach, soaking up the sun and surrounded by the sights and sounds of nature.

If you choose to picnic at Cape Vidal, be mindful of your surroundings as the mischievous vervet monkeys and mongooses are known to snatch food from unsuspecting visitors. While they may be a nuisance, their playful antics can't be denied. And with the added bonus of encountering bushbuck, leopards, elephants, bushpigs, and hyenas during your visit, the experience is truly unforgettable.
